Bluetongue the pirate, captain of the Kraken, is one of the most feared pirates still at large. Being a green anaconda, his size is one of his greatest assets, as is his incredible grip. His greed for gold, however, has lead many to believe that he has a little dragon blood in him… which may also explain why he is large even for his species, and the odd color of his tongue. Being cold blooded literally, he is also cold hearted. One of the reasons why he is so feared is that Bluetongue leaves no prisoners… and no traces of them in his wake. His signature, if you will, is to leave a plundered ship completely devoid of crew, save for a few mere spatters of blood. His only trusted ally is his first mate Bones, the scurvy dog.
